Purchased in 2007.  The sale of the Jubilee Garden assisted the acquisition.  The Parish Council owns the field but leases to the Village Hall.

The Beech Tree is inspected on a regular basis.  Costs relate only to maintenance.  The boundary wall is showing signs of structural damage.  Boundary Wall to be investigated.  The Combe View Working Party consider this and report back to the Parish Council.

Comments July 2014

The lower boundary wall adjacent to the A368 has been re-pointed by Sacknell paid for by the Parish Council, the boundary wall adjacent to The Batch has been repaired and re-pointed by Sacknell paid for by B&NES.  All works supervised by B&NES.
