Public Participation Session

The Public Participation Session provides an opportunity for members of the public to raise questions about and comment on items on the agenda. Time for this session is limited to 10 minutes (three minutes per person).

5.     Accounts for the Year End 31^st March 2022

1.     To receive the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022.

2.     To receive confirmation that Bank Reconciliations covering April 2021 – March 2022 have been signed.       

3.     To receive an update on the Internal Audit of the Parish Council Accounts for the year ended 31^st March 2022.

4.     To confirm and approve that the Parish Council wish to Certify themselves as exempt from a limited assurance review under Section 9 of the Local Audit (Smaller Authorities) Regulation 2015.

5.     The Chairman of Compton Martin Parish Council to sign the Certificate of Exemption, to be completed by smaller authorities where the higher of gross income or gross expenditure did not exceed £25,000 in the year of accounts ended 31 March 2022.
